Kyle Ference

Kyle A. Ference is an associate attorney with Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation group. Kyle’s primary practice is representing insurance companies in first-party property disputes.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Kyle gained experience in liability defense, construction litigation and third-party insurance coverage. He has previously conducted numerous jury and bench trials throughout Georgia. Kyle also previously worked as a staff attorney for the Superior Court judges in the Piedmont Judicial Circuit in north Georgia. Through his experiences, Kyle has been able to strengthen his skills as both a litigator and an excellent legal writer.

Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an articles editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He received his B.A. from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
