Kenneth “Ken” C. Wilson focuses his practice on insurance defense, including litigation of automobile, premises liability and products liability matters. He has tried several cases to verdict before juries — including as first chair, handled hundreds of bench trials throughout Georgia and resolved cases favorably through alternative dispute resolution. Through the course of his litigation experience, he also has taken hundreds of plaintiff, defendant and expert depositions.

Ken previously handled automobile and premises liability litigation as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company. Prior to that, he was an assistant district attorney in Fulton County's Major Case Division, where he was responsible for cases involving murder, homicide by vehicle and serious injury by vehicle cases that included allegations of driving under the influence.

In addition to his diverse, significant litigation and trial experience, Ken's clients appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to keeping them up-to-date with recent developments, as well as regular status updates on their matters.

Outside of the office, Ken's favorite way to spend time is with his wife and children. He also enjoys music and is an avid bassist.



Won a defense verdict in a disputed liability automobile litigation matter for an insurance company in which an adverse ruling could have exceeded policy limits. The plaintiff claimed medical expenses far beyond the defendant’s policy limits, and there was significant damage done to the plaintiff’s vehicle as a result of the accident.
