Jordan B. Elliott is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on insurance defense in automobile litigation, medical malpractice, trucking and transportation litigation and premises liability.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Jordan was with a law firm in Macon, Georgia, where she headed up the United Way of Central Georgia fundraising campaign and raised over $8,000. She also served as a summer intern in Cobb County District Attorney’s appellate division and was a summer clerk with Judge Criag Schwall, Sr. in Fulton County Superior Court. 

In her work, Jordan emphasizes a people-oriented approach by comforting and assuring clients, not just through interactions, but with the quality of work product. Jordan believes that a willingness to think outside the box is essential for finding case solutions.

Jordan earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. She received a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia.

Jordan enjoys running marathons, playing tennis and spending time with her fiancé and Catahoula leopard dog. Jordan has an interest in Italian language and culture and previously taught English in Milan, Italy.
