Jessica F. Hubbartt is a skilled litigator with more than a decade of experience. Primarily engaged in insurance defense, she represents insurers, motor carriers and their drivers in matters related to trucking and transportation litigation.

Also experienced in the areas of wrongful death, premises liability, professional negligence and commercial litigation, Jessica efficiently manages litigation files throughout the entirety of their lifecycle. In the event a claim goes to trial, she closely advises her clients of the processes and what to expect to ensure they are well equipped each day of trial.

Jessica views personal attention as key in building relationships with her clients. She makes an effort to get to know her clients personally and is always available to offer the support needed.

Jessica graduated with her J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While attending law school, she served as an intern for the U.S. Army JAG Corps. She also earned her M.A. in public administration from UMUC Europe in Germany.
