Graham Foster is an attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s workers’ compensation section, providing defense representation to employers and insurers. Prior to joining the firm full time, Graham also served as a Swift Currie summer associate.

Graham brings a public service background to his practice. In Macon, Georgia, he helped launch a legal non-profit program assisting people in having their criminal records expunged, for which he earned an Equal Access to Justice Grant. He leverages this experience in aiding those looking for a second chance to his work with insurance adjusters as he understands his clients seek open communication, human recognition and help in their legal journey toward their desired outcome. An adept communicator, Graham is committed to amplifying the voices of his clients to ensure their needs are met and breaks down the lifecycle of a claim in easy-to-manage pieces.

Graham received his J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, he worked closely with a client who he brought into conversations with the judge and prosecution on a case. Using his legal acumen, he helped his client navigate the process, while giving them the access to be hands on in the matter. Graham strives to strike a similar balance with all his clients, providing the tools necessary to achieve favorable results and direct collaboration throughout the claims process.
