Overview

Gerond Lawrence is a skilled litigator with experience representing Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, health care providers, municipalities, transit authorities and individuals in claims related to catastrophic injury & wrongful death, commercial litigation, employment counseling & litigation and premises liability.

Gerond carries significant appellate experience. He has argued cases before the Eleventh Circuit, Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals of Georgia. He has also successfully argued for a new trial before a local trial court throwing out an $11 million verdict that resulted from flawed jury charges in a premises liability case.
