Elliot Kerzner advises and represents insurers in a broad range of insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters, including commercial general liability and personal injury. Elliot assists clients in evaluating the legal and factual issues in insurance coverage disputes and defends clients in complex litigation arising in both federal and state courts. Elliot also argues motions before trial courts, including motions for summary judgment, and prepares clients for depositions and trials.
Elliot previously served as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where he assisted federal appellate judges in both civil and criminal cases.
Elliot joined Swift Currie with prior experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters including representing domestic and international insurers in coverage disputes and construction defect claims, and defending insureds against property damage claims.

Outside of the office, Elliot enjoys spending time with his five children and channeling his love of music through drumming and singing.
