Overview
Danielle A. Wilson practices in Swift Currie’s litigation section, focusing on the defense of individuals and businesses in matters involving automobile litigation and catastrophic injury, as well as premises, products and professional liability. The entirety of her practice has been devoted to civil litigation.
Danielle prides herself on developing meaningful relationships with clients and maintaining regular, open communication. Her experience in the courtroom has enabled her to take a hands-on approach to transform what may seem like a daunting claim to one that is manageable and capable of resolution.
Danielle earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Mercer University School of Law, where she was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Writing II, Contract Drafting and Advanced Legal Research. While in law school, Danielle clerked for the Honorable Eric K. Dunaway at the Superior Court of Fulton County, which has enabled her to practice law with an eye toward trial. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia.
