Overview
Danielle N. Doctor is an attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation section, focusing on matters related to insurance coverage, arson and fraud and bad faith litigation.
Having served as an underwriter for a large insurance company, Danielle leverages her first-hand experience and knowledge about the insurance industry to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Danielle received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she was an extern at the State of Georgia Attorney General’s Office in the Regulated Industries Division. In this role, she represented the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner, allowing her insight into the ever-changing regulatory environment of insurance in Georgia. Additionally, she was an extern for the Honorable Catherine M. Salinas, Federal Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
