Dana A. King is a Swift Currie attorney practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance coverage.
Dana develops tailored litigation plans for insurers to achieve cost-effective resolutions for her clients’ cases. She is experienced in handling insurance litigation matters from start to finish, including initial analysis, discovery, depositions, motions and hearings.
Dana’s breadth of legal knowledge, coupled with her personable nature, allow her to effectively represent her clients while providing them with a sense of assurance and consistency. She emphasizes transparency and honesty in her communications when counseling her clients throughout the litigation process.
Prior to earning her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, Dana earned her B.A. in English from Spelman College and her M.S. in Bioethics from Columbia University.
