Overview

Collin Smith is an attorney defending insurance companies and business entities in claims related to insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

Previously, Collin served as a judicial law clerk for the Supreme Court of Georgia, where he advised the Justice on numerous appellate matters and helped write published opinions. Additionally, as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Collin advised federal judges as to the disposition of numerous appeals, including federal civil rights and employment discrimination matters.

Utilizing his experience working closely with federal and state judges, Collin works carefully to provide a well-crafted defense and secure favorable outcomes for his clients.

Collin graduated, summa cum laude, with his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Prior, he earned his B.A. in history from Aurora University.
