Overview
Carley N. Rampy is an insurance defense attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s litigation section. She represents trucking companies and insurers in matters related to trucking and transportation litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Carley worked for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and clerked for Chief Judge John Simpson in Coweta Judicial Circuit Superior Court. This background has allowed Carley to develop a uniquely well-rounded practice that she leverages to provide her clients with tailored defense strategies and insight into tactics used by opposing parties.
Carley prides herself on her attention to detail and ability to deliver excellent client service. Leveraging more than 10 years of customer service experience, Carley is invested in her clients’ success and ensures they receive quality and expedient service.
Carley earned her J.D. and Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting certificate from the Mercer University School of Law. During law school, she served in various leadership positions, including vice president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and secretary of the Environmental Law Society. Carley also received her B.A. from Mercer University.
