Briana A. Burrows is an associate practicing in Swift Currie’s workers’ compensation section, focusing primarily on the defense of businesses and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims and employment law-related matters.

Briana relentlessly advocates for her clients, which include national and international companies in the restaurant, hotel, retail and insurance industries. During law school, she interned in house at several corporations, allowing her to develop the tools necessary to methodically guide her clients through claims from start to finish. She has a wealth of experience taking depositions, conducting mediations and compiling thorough legal research to analyze client needs and formulate effective resolutions in fast-paced litigation environments.

Always seeking to expand her knowledge, Briana is committed to learning more about any given topic in order to enrich her skill set to better serve her clients and counsel them through a myriad of topics. Briana uses her natural ability to form connections with others to  create meaningful and lasting relationships with clients and opposing counsel to foster a positive atmosphere leading to ideal results for her cases.

Briana earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. journalism.
