Ashley B. Mallon is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office practicing civil litigation and the defense of insurance companies and their insureds. She focuses her practice on matters pertaining to trucking accidents, medical malpractice, property damage claims, premises liability and slip and falls.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Ashley worked as a law clerk with another firm where she practiced litigation and bankruptcy. She also previously interned for Senator Johnny Isakson in Washington, D.C. In 2021, Ashley was a part of Swift Currie’s summer associate program.
Ashley believes that being a “swift” attorney means being equipped to tend to her clients and their questions at any time. She believes that the culture of Swift Currie sets herself and other attorneys up to being phenomenal litigators. In her work, Ashley prioritizes an investment of her time and energy towards serving her clients as best as possible.
Ashley earned her J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as Senior Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review and founded her own student organization during her time there. Ashley made the Dean's List during her final four semesters of law school. She received her B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Ashley is an avid sports fan. During her time at the University of Georgia, she was a member of the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team, having won a national championship in 2016. Ashley loves exercising and spending time with her corgi, Obi.
