Ariyiana M. Haynes is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on representing insurance companies in matters related to arson and fraud, high-value thefts and roofing claims.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Ariyiana gained litigation experience in numerous areas of law, including criminal law, employment law, commercial litigation and attorney disciplinary matters. These experiences have shaped her perspective on her work and taught her to pay attention to the tiny details. Additionally, these experiences have shown her the value of building relationships with clients that center on trust, diligence and care.

In her work, Ariyiana prioritizes her active listening skills, a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills and using a creative approach in every case. She views complex issues as a puzzle and welcomes the challenge of finding out where each piece fits.

Ariyiana earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She received her B.A. from Howard University.
