Overview
R. Alejandro Guarin is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on matters pertaining to automobile litigation, commercial litigation, construction law and premises liability.
Before becoming an attorney, Alejandro gained extensive experience in the world of consumer finance, which expanded his ability to understand client needs and strengthened his ability to find solutions for them.
Alejandro utilizes his experience as an immigrant to view situations in unique ways. He strives to place himself in the shoes of his clients and understands that everyone has different backgrounds and perspectives.
Alejandro earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as a book editor for the 11th Circuit Survey of the Mercer Law Review. He was also a member of Mercer Law’s Arbitration Team, Mock Trial Team, President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and a Moot Court student coach. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
