Overview
Brennan J. McElhone is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on defending corporations, both big and small, against workers’ compensation claims.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Brennan served as an assistant district attorney focused on domestic violence crimes. He also previously served as the Violence Against Women Act prosecutor in South Georgia, giving him a strong understanding of the interpersonal needs of his clients. Brennan’s litigation experience allows him to recognize the challenges that come with navigating the legal system and how best to counsel his clients through them.
Brennan has acted as a regional representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and currently serves on the law outreach and criminal law committees.
Brennan earned his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
