Biography
Katie M. Kelley joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2011. Ms. Kelley specializes in defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims. Prior to joining Swift Currie, Ms. Kelley practiced workers' compensation defense with another Atlanta law firm.
Ms. Kelley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While in law school, Ms. Kelley served on the Moot Court Board and received the CALI Award for the highest grade in legal writing.
