Biography
Mr. Barré practices in the areas of premises liability, automobile litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, construction litigation and business owner’s liability. Mr. Barré represents retailers, insurance carriers, manufacturers and other businesses.
Mr. Barré has served as appellate counsel in numerous matters in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Barré attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he graduated with honors and served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He began practicing litigation in 1983.
