Biography
Elizabeth L. Gates joined Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2005. She practices primarily in the workers' compensation section of the firm. Ms. Gates received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Gates served on the Editorial Board and as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Gates graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2002, with a B.A. in Political Science. As an undergraduate, Ms. Gates was inducted into both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Societies.
Ms. Gates is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
