Biography
Crystal Stevens McElrath joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2010 and practices in the workers’ compensation section of the firm.
Ms. McElrath received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Stanley Birch, Jr., on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Honorable Willliam Duffey on the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. McElrath sat on the board of directors for the National Black Law Students Association as the National Director of Community Service from 2008-2009.
