Biography
Cabell D. Townsend joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 1998. He practices in the workers' compensation section of the firm. He has obtained extensive experience handling workers' compensation defense and subrogation matters on behalf of employers, insurers and third-party administrators. Mr. Townsend obtained his J.D. degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1998. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1998.
Mr. Townsend received a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Atlanta Lawyer's Club and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Townsend has presented numerous legal seminars to both employers and insurers throughout the Southeast.
