Biography
Ashley D. Alfonso joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2007. Ms. Alfonso practices primarily in the area of workers’ compensation but also handles general civil litigation including trucking litigation.
Ms. Alfonso received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she served as Executive Associate Justice of the National First Amendment Competition on the Moot Court Board. In that position, she helped organize and head the 2007 First Amendment Moot Court Competition in conjunction with the Freedom Forum First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University.
Ms. Alfonso graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in History and a minor in Spanish in 2004.
Ms. Alfonso is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association.
