Legislative Representation
For more than 25 years, the firm has been actively involved in legislative representation. We have the expertise to assess legislative issues, assist in promoting or approving bills, and deal with all aspects of the legislative process. We can and do monitor legislative proposals and keep clients abreast of items that may affect their interests.

Georgia General Assembly
The Georgia General Assembly meets annually for 40 legislative days commencing on the second Monday in January and generally adjourning in mid- to late-March. There is a two-year term with carry-over bills. In the off-season, there are committee meetings, task-force meetings and informal discussions that may significantly affect industry and business interests. We can assist with your legislative needs whether it is with specific issue-oriented concerns or general year-round representation
