Learn the importance of anticipating litigation when you are conducting your cause and origin investigation from our guest speaker, Fire Investigator Terry Lacy. Following his presentation, Swift Currie and MG&C attorneys will hold a panel discussion on the implications for Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, and provide a case law update on each of those states as well.
